They teamed up with Ms. Diakos’s S.T.E.P. students to illustrate their heroes and collaborate on Spanish adjectives to describe them. Using algebra tiles and colored pencils, students are modeling with mathematics and making use of patterns and different structures. Students will be building procedural fluency from conceptual understanding.
