Soaking up every last second of art room fun before Summer kicks off!
Preschoolers, inspired by the study of living things, created habitats for different animals using loose parts. They compared and contrasted animals that were oviparous and non oviparous.
There is an incredible fairy garden being created in the corner of the preschool playground. Students have been cultivating this creation for a few weeks now. Occasionally we come out and find additions that we did not place there! The creative magic is amazing.
School Pride Day Tomorrow!
Last week Hubbard preschoolers enjoyed an amazing field put together by Ms. Gravalis! We loved eating ice pops courtesy of our wonderful PTO while we watched the greatest inflatable race in history!

1P learned all about Carnival of the Animals! They listened to a song and guessed which animal it was. Then they got to act out like those animals & draw them 🦁🎶 So much fun!

🌍🎉 Smith School, in collaboration with Ramsey’s Inclusion & Belonging Advisory Group, is excited to host its inaugural International Night tonight! This public event aims to celebrate cultural diversity and promote a sense of community. Come join us from 7-8:30pm @ Smith School.
Hubbard students are learning a few words for body parts in Spanish. Second and third graders are additionally learning how to "express hurts." In these photos, a student asks the other in Spanish, "What hurts?" The other student pretends that a body part hurts and says in a complete Spanish sentence, "My head [or throat, or stomach, or back, or feet] hurt."
