There will be NO SCHOOL on Monday, September 25th due to Yom Kippur.

Using βthink marksβ to record our thinking to help us remember gears us up for great partner discussions! Communication at its finest!

Ss focus on their strengths as writers and look for ways they want to become stronger writers in 3rd grade

A beautiful afternoon to learn outside!
Hubbard School's Mrs. Zuccala leads a creative and memorable book song before each read aloud reminding students of the author's, illustrator's, and publisher's responsibilities. ππ

What's new @ Hubbard School:
Understanding the power of word choice is critical to molding great writers, speakers, and communicators. By teaching shades of meaning, ss have a visual to support their acquisition and storage of vocabulary.

Ramsey proudly recognizes Hispanic Heritage Month!
Hispanic Heritage Month notes the anniversaries of independence for Latin American countries, including Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Nicaragua. In addition, it also recognizes Mexicoβs Independence Day on September 16th, Chileβs on September 18th, and Belizeβs on September 21st.

The art room door is always open. Artists love seeing and sharing their work with past teachers.

SO MANY SMILES at Hubbard!
What a fantastic day we had at Hubbard School! Collaboration and creativity drove our day!

These little Rams π reflected on their favorite books to share them with their class!

Thumbs UP for KINDNESS! ππ»βΊοΈ Hubbard read Be Kind at their opening assembly and plan to focus on ways to do just that all year! There are so many strengths at Hubbard School to build upon when it comes to kindness!

Students are excited to engage with Mrs. Linden, our school counselor!

Today, each of the schools in the Ramsey School District paused to reflect on the events of September 11, 2001. Through a variety of age-appropriate instruction and activity, students learned how these events changed our country forever.
We will never forget.

Fireboat! Read aloud by Ms. Cammarata- A story about The Heroic Adventures of John J Harvey fireboat from 1931, saved from retirement by a group of NYC friends, that came to the rescue on 9/11/01. A great celebration of all 9/11 heroes. β€οΈ

Theo led the school wide morning announcement with a special quote in honor of the 22nd anniversary of 9/11. "Every small effort to make the world a better place creates ripples of positive change that can touch countless lives."

Hands on, play based learning for our littlest members of our Hubbard familyππ

Rowdy's Hubbard Pride JUMP says it all! Great start to what will be a PHENOMENAL school year!
