RHS partnered with the Ramsey Municipal Alliance to bring "Prevention Starts with All: The Chris Herren Story" to RHS on Wednesday. Yesterday, Herren presented his personal journey toward recovery and wellness to the whole student body during the day, and again in the evening to the community.
🏑 Ellie Balanoff scored two goals as second-seeded Ramsey defeated seventh-seeded River Dell, 4-0, in the Bergen County Tournament quarterfinals.
Ramsey will play third-seeded Dwight-Englewood in the semifinals on Sunday at 3 p.m. at Demarest! Come on out to cheer on our Rams!

RHS Volleyball has been named NJ.com's mid-season "Surprise" Team: "After going 6-16 in the 2023 standings, the Rams have shined to an 11-3 record through Oct. 8. Milestones, Pascack Valley Regional School District's transition program, joined forces with S.T.E.P. (18-21) for a social bowling outing. Developing interpersonal skills is an essential component of our transition curriculum, and authentic opportunities like these are key in their learning and growth as young adults.
