Yesterday, the Sullivan sisters, Alexa (Grade 2) and Avery (Grade 4), visited the Board of Education offices to record the inclement weather announcements for the 2024-2025 school year. Dater’s 5Aujero and 5Wissell/McGowan classes took a virtual trip back to Ancient Egypt with our VR goggles! These young geographers dove into history to explore how the Egyptians thrived 4,000 years ago, thanks to their unique geographical advantages.
Math students in 5Thompson teamed up for a journey through a virtual escape room! 🧩🔐 Their mission? To sharpen their skills and reinforce their knowledge in preparation for an upcoming unit assessment. Each puzzle they solved brought them one step closer to victory, and their excitement was contagious!
