It's Teacher Appreciation Week! Check out the "Breakfast at Tiffany's" theme bags with delicious treats for the Dater Staff! Thank you to the Dater PTO for a beautiful display of Dater & Co.!
In Dater Spanish classes, 4th and 5th graders learned a little about Cinco de Mayo, the Mexican holiday that commemorates the 1862 victory of the underequipped Mexican army against the French army at the Battle of Puebla. The victory gave the Mexican people hope, and inspired them to continue their fight for independence. In school, 4th graders made mini paper plate sombreros, and the 5th graders enjoyed a very UNtraditional Tortilla Toss.

A Sendoff to Remember! Dater students clap out our Clinical Interns on their last day. These interns worked with cooperating teachers all year long to prepare them for a rewarding career as an educator. Best of luck!
