βοΈSmith's Community Service Club had a great first meeting! Students spread joy (and color) by coloring pages for the nonprofit organization, Color A Smile. This organization distributes these cheerful drawings to senior citizens, troops overseas and anyone that needs a smile! π Let's keep the kindness flowing, Rams! β€οΈ









Staff Shout-Out today to Smith's very own Mr. Truppi! He worked tirelessly to create a new sign for our nurse and he made new passes for each of our classroom teachers! Thank you for your hard work and dedication to the school community!

Smith's very own 8th grader, Ethan, participated in the Mahwah Day Parade this past weekend with the Access for All organization. We are so proud of you, Ethan! Keep up the hard work!

Smith's 7th grade ELA classes kicked off Unit 1 today! They started to think about how a character is developed throughout a text and practiced comparing and contrasting these details in their notebooks. π




After learning about the Sept. 11 Survivor Tree, Ms. Epstein's 6th graders creatively designed their own trees with messages of hope.
