URGENT MESSAGE: Ramsey School District will be closed Monday, February 23, 2026 due to the impending storm. Stay warm Rams!

Happy Lunar New Year!🧧 Hubbard School celebrated Lunar New Year with meaningful learning experiences across classrooms. Mrs. Finnegan’s class learned about Lunar New Year traditions from a classmate and even received red envelopes of their own. Third graders explored Korean Lunar New Year traditions and had the special opportunity to see and try on Ms. Lee’s hanbok from her childhood. Other classes marked the holiday by reading stories and learning about traditions celebrated around the world. Experiences like these spark curiosity, build cultural awareness, and help our students develop a deeper appreciation for one another.

Today, we honor the legacy of American leadership. Happy Presidents' Day, Rams! 🇺🇸

Sweet treats, kind hearts, and Valentine cheer as we head into February break 💗😊

Third grade takes the win in the Silly Pennies Challenge and celebrates with a movie and glow stick party. Thank you to our amazing PTO for the fun. 🤩

In honor of National School Counselors Week, we were proud to recognize our school counselor, Mrs. Linden during School Pride Assembly. She truly exemplifies R.I.S.E. through her empathy, encouragement, and unwavering support for our students!! Her door is always open to every Hubbard student, and her kindness and care make a lasting impact each day. She is not only a trusted support for students, but also a positive light for colleagues, offering compassion, guidance, and encouragement to all. The entire Hubbard community is grateful for her and the difference she makes is truly a bright a bright spot ✨.

A meaningful moment celebrating our Empathy recipients and the many ways our students demonstrate RISE. When we come together like this, Hubbard truly feels like home. We hope you can feel the warmth and care that shine through each photo. 💙💛

School Pride Day Tomorrow!

Game day energy and cozy vibes ahead. Wear your favorite jersey or team shirt on February 6 and roll into Pajama Day on February 9. Theme days are the best days!

Global School Play Day reminds us that learning does not always look the same. Through unstructured play, students build independence, communication, critical thinking skills, empathy, and collaboration, which live at the heart of the Profile of a Ramsey Graduate 💙💛

Stories connect us, words inspire us, reading aloud changes us 💛 Even on Global School Play Day, students found time to share stories with siblings, younger classes, and the friends they learn and play with every day.
#WorldReadAloudDay

Tomorrow is Global School Play Day and World Read Aloud Day. This annual, worldwide event is held on the first Wednesday of February and is dedicated to fostering unstructured, screen free play for students. Students will spend the entire day engaging in traditional play and sharing picture books with their classmates. Please remember to send in any type of game and a favorite picture book. No electronics please. We cannot wait to hear students reflect on their experiences throughout the day.
