About the Rams Swimming Program
The Ramsey High School Swim program is very proud of our tradition of excellence. We strive to be solid citizens and hard workers in and out of the pool.
All swimmers will adopt a "Team First" attitude driven by competition, loyalty and spirit. All swimmers will exemplify the highest standards of sportsmanship. All swimmers will develop the tools to build self-confidence and resilience. All swimmers will push themselves throughout the season to improve personal performance.
