The RHS Interact Club is proud to be hosting this year’s Relay For Life yet again, and we would like to invite you to join us in a powerful tradition that honors every life touched by cancer: the Luminaria Ceremony.
What is a Luminaria? Luminarias are bags filled with a candle that represent a loved one lost to cancer, someone currently battling the disease, or anyone who has overcome it. After dark at the Relay event, these bags are lit in an emotional moment of remembrance. Together, we take a moment of silence to honor those we love and reinforce our commitment to a world without cancer.
How You Can Participate: There are two ways you can dedicate a Luminaria and support the American Cancer Society:
Pre-Purchase & Professional Decoration: You can purchase your Luminaria online now using the link below. Our club members will be taking time before the event to personally and thoughtfully decorate each pre-purchased bag in honor of your designated loved one.
