Why it matters: As required by S4654/A5878, the New Jersey Department of State is to maintain a centralized directory of legal notices. Both the state’s site and the Ramsey School District’s site will host these notices, ensuring compliance and accessibility.
Our commitment to compliance: Previously confined to print, these notices are now accessible digitally and in print.
Residents can view them via the Ridgewood News, North Jersey Media, and the new RSD website page.
