MSU

French students recently took their language skills on the road for French Day at Montclair State University, and they didn't just participate—they dominated! It was a day filled with culture, competition, and some impressive hardware to bring back home.

🏆 Poetry in Images Contest

The highlight of the event was the French Poetry in Images contest, where our students showed off their creative flair and linguistic precision. We are thrilled to announce:

  • 1st Place: Congratulations to our French 4 power team—Audrey Carpenter, Julianna Olshalsky, Gabby Ramos, and Kathleen Schneider—for taking the top spot!

  • 3rd Place: A huge shout-out to French 2 students Zelig Melish and Noah Sass-Medina for their fantastic podium finish.

⚽ A Winning Goal

The victories didn't stop with poetry. Our school's quick thinking and cultural knowledge earned us a brand-new FIFA soccer ball after our group successfully navigated a series of French trivia questions.

It was a proud day to be part of the French department. Félicitations à tous!
