TEEEM

What's happening: Ramsey High School’s TEEEM members proved that nothing is impossible at the May 21st A Taste of TEEEM event. This inspiring and interactive dinner held at Biagio's in Paramus brought together students from across New Jersey to showcase their work as global changemakers.

Go deeper: Ramsey's TEEEM club members Jordan Titus, Kelly Noble, and Paige Heissler presented their work supporting Grace Academy students in Kenya. The club, including Rylie Barbieri, teaches Kenyan middle schoolers essential life skills, including financial literacy, leadership development, and goal setting.

👩‍💻 Beyond these impactful lessons, the Ramsey students met virtually every Tuesday at 7:00 am with their Kenyan peers to collaborate on various educational topics, including English language instruction, fostering meaningful connections, and cross-cultural learning.

Additional awards: Jordan Titus was also honored with the prestigious Inspirational Humanitarian Award, recognizing students "whose compassion and commitment to others inspires real change in their communities and beyond." In addition, Jordan received the Changemaker Scholarship, earning a $500 scholarship in recognition of her outstanding dedication and leadership to the TEEEM organization.
