The Inclusion & Belonging Advisory Group will host an in-person screening of the documentary The Upstanders on April 25 at 7 p.m. in the Smith School Cafeteria.
Why it matters: This film shows the importance of empathy, self-care, and reflection to transform attitudes and actions. It teaches how to become an ‘upstander’— someone who stands up for others in a kind and compassionate way.
