Hour of Play

The Big Picture: On Friday, September 18, Tisdale students participated in Hour of Play, a dedicated time to step away from technology and structured activities and simply play, explore, create, and connect with their classmates!

Why It Matters: Play gives students the opportunity to practice important skills in authentic and meaningful ways. As they played games, negotiated rules, and worked together, students naturally strengthened their creativity, critical thinking, collaboration, and communication skills.

The Bottom Line: Sometimes the best learning happens when students are given the time, space, and freedom to play. We loved watching our students take the lead, share ideas, work through challenges, and most importantly, have fun together! ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’›
