What’s Happening: Our third graders have been working incredibly hard on their Profile Projects and recently had the exciting opportunity to share their learning with peers from Hubbard School. Third grade classes from both schools partnered together as students presented their projects, explained their ideas, and showcased the hard work and creativity that went into each presentation.
Big Picture: Every student will complete a Profile Project in third, fifth, eighth, and twelfth grade. Experiences like these help students build confidence, communication skills, and meaningful connections with others. By presenting to an authentic audience and collaborating with peers from another school, students practiced important lifelong skills such as public speaking, active listening, empathy, and critical thinking.
We are so proud of our third graders for the dedication, creativity, and enthusiasm they demonstrated throughout this project and presentation experience!
