Our Pre-K, Kindergarten, and First Grade students had a special visit from the Ramsey Fire Department to learn all about fire safety! 🔥👩🚒
Firefighters talked with our students about the importance of creating a family safety plan at home and practicing it together so everyone knows what to do in an emergency. They also reinforced the important rule to stop, drop, and roll if clothing ever catches fire.
One of the key takeaways from the visit was that firefighters are our friends and there to help and protect us, so children should never hide during a fire.
