What happened: During our recent book fair fundraiser, students showed their school spirit in more ways than one. Not only did many participate in the cozy PJ fundraiser, but a large number also chose to wear blue in honor of Autism Awareness Month.
Why it matters: April is Autism Awareness Month, a time to recognize, celebrate, and support individuals with autism while fostering a culture of understanding and inclusion in our school community.
The big picture: These small but meaningful actions reflect a bigger message—our students are learning the importance of empathy, acceptance, and standing in support of others.
Our commitment: At our school, we believe everyone belongs. We are proud to create an environment where all students feel seen, valued, and supported for who they are.
