The Dater Student Ambassadors in collaboration with the Dater PTO are excited to announce a NEW kind of fundraiser: The Dater Silent Disco! This dance-a-thon event is a student-led initiative to help contribute to the cost of necessary upgrades to the sound and lighting systems in the gym/auditorium, which will greatly enhance the experience for our many chorus and band concerts, talent shows, plays, school assemblies, events, and more.
Funds raised will also go toward hiring a professional artist to create a bold, beautiful mural on our blacktop playing area. ).
The Dater Disco will be held in school during the day on Friday, April 17.
After coming into the decorated gym, each student will be given a pair of headphones to wear that will be wirelessly connected to our DJ's sound system.
Then the real fun begins!
Your student will enjoy dancing to all their favorite songs with classmates and friends for about 40 minutes.
Because participants are wearing headphones, music volume can be controlled individually, allowing each student to listen comfortably always.
Please note: This event will not be open to the public, but a video link will be provided which will allow families to watch the disco action live.

By filling out the form, we will automatically create a personalized 99Pledges fundraising link that you can then easily share with friends and family via text, email, or social media.
The 99Pledges platform will track individual and class goals, and every donation will help students earn prizes along the way.
