Why it matters: Snow removal is back-breaking, finger-numbing work that often happens while the rest of the world is asleep. From the pre-dawn salting to the late-night plowing, their dedication ensures that when Tuesday morning rolled around, our campuses are safe and accessible.
Because they braved the elements, our educators can teach and our students can learn without a hitch—no matter how much snow New Jersey throws at us.
