What's happening: The Dater Band & Chorus celebrated their 17th annual picnic at Finch Park on Thursday, June 12th! All 102 members were there, joined by Mr. Bogert, Mr. J, Mr. Carlberg, Mrs. Maibie, and Mrs. Cafaro.
Why it matters: Dater band and chorus students worked incredibly hard all year long! From mastering basic fingerings to reading music and staying in rhythm, they pushed through challenges with focus and enthusiasm. The picnic was an enjoyable celebration of all the hard work and effort they had put in.
What they’re saying: “Our super parents truly outdid themselves, with Mrs. Angela Oberle leading the charge in organizing all the delicious food. Everyone had a blast participating in a water balloon toss and playing kickball, four square, stickball, frisbee, and soccer, all set to the famous tunes spun by Mr. Quinlan.
