What's happening: Each year, Mrs. Lawley (ITC Teacher), partners with the Ramsey Public Library to promote their writing contest. This year’s contest was a true celebration of creativity and imagination! Students were challenged to create original fictional short stories — and they delivered in the most inspiring ways.
By the numbers: A total of 41 students participated, each showcasing their storytelling talents through compelling characters, exciting plots, and meaningful morals. After much deliberation, 4 outstanding students were selected as winners.
1st place: Remember by Preet Nayyer
2nd place: No Escape by Bryson Beamon
3rd place: Confidential: A Detectives Mission by Madelyn Mone
4th place: The Dino Disaster by Alexa Latorre
The bottom line: We’re incredibly proud of all our young writers who took on this challenge!
