It’s time to prepare for colder months and potential school closings. Please review the steps below to ensure you receive timely, weather-related event information.
STEP ONE: Log into the Realtime Parent Portal and review your emergency contact information for accuracy. The district relies on these details to contact parents/guardians in the event of school closures, emergencies, and other time-sensitive communications.
STEP TWO: Review the contacts you have designated to receive this information. Make any necessary corrections.
IMPORTANT NOTE! The notification checkboxes are for all notifications. Please do not select "yes" for notifications for emergency contacts, doctors, or dentists unless you want them to receive school closure updates. These notifications are intended for caregivers only.
STEP THREE: Upon completion of the District’s test notification on Thursday, October 29 at 5:00 P.M., check your preferred methods of contact to ensure the test message was received. If you have not received your preferred notifications, please contact your school's secretary.
