Dino Ambrosi

What happened: The district recently expanded its commitment to student wellness by delivering Project Reboot's digital wellness initiative across several Ramsey schools and to the greater community.

Why it matters: Developing balanced digital habits is vital for student health and academic success. This initiative gave students real-world tools to manage screen time, lower digital distraction, and prioritize real-life relationships.

The big picture: Funded through an RPEF grant, Project Reboot founder Dino Ambrosi presented tailored workshops to students at Dater and Smith Schools.

  • Underscoring our community's dedication to this topic, over 100 parents gathered for an evening session to align home and school strategies.

  • This successful event reflected our district philosophy that digital tools should complement, never replace, active, hands-on learning and social engagement.

πŸš€ Strategic Plan Alignment: Advancing the objectives in Goal Area 2 of our Strategic Plan ensures our digital wellness commitments remain proactive, aligned, and focused on the whole child.

What’s next: πŸ‘‰ Access the family guides and digital wellness tools featured in the workshop to continue the conversation at home. Parents can explore Project Reboot materials and the Project Reboot website for resources to support their children’s digital wellness journey.

A special thank you to the RPEF not only for funding these events, but for being outstanding educational partners in our students’ journey.
