What's happening: Last Tuesday, Ramsey’s track and field team had a tremendous night at the Eastern States Championships held at the NY Armory.

  • Giorgio Bruttini secured 6th place in the 400m with a new indoor school record of 49.83 seconds.

  • Girls 4 × 400 relay team clinched 3rd place with standout performances by Catherine Larsen, Emme Lockard, Emmy Bender, and Kaylee Finnegan.

  • Girls Distance Medley team of Kaylee Finnegan, Catherine Larsen, Emmy Bender, and Ella McGhee set a new indoor school record of 12:49.57.

This weekend’s results: This past weekend at the State Meet of Champions, the Rams continued to dominate.

  • Luciano Zizza placed 10th in the Pole Vault, clearing 13'

  • Kaylee Finnegan placed 11th in the 1600, running 4:59.74, which is a new overall school record

  • Girls 4x400 placed 18th with a season best time of 4:05

  • Girls 4x800 placed 18th with a time of 10:07

  • Giorgio Bruttini placed 27th in the 400m and  22nd in the high hurdles

  • Catherine Larsen placed 21st in the 400m and 27th in the high hurdles

Big impact: It is no surprise this running list of accolades was announced last week celebrating the Girls Track team’s outstanding season. Please join us all in congratulating them on their success:
