Rams Clinch Baseball State Championship

The Ramsey High School Rams became the state’s North 1, Group 2 Baseball State Champions after defeating the Haddon Heights Southpaws on June 18. The Rams won by a score of 5-2 after playing a two-hour game at Haddon Heights High School, taking the title for the first time in Ramsey School District history.

The team attributed their success to chemistry, confidence, unity, hard work, and admirable senior leadership. A solid coaching staff, encouraging parents, outstanding fan base and a supportive school district also led to their success this season.

RHS student-athletes had an outstanding year, with the Boys Soccer Team winning the North 1, Group 2 championship title and the Boys Basketball team claiming the North 1, Group 2 championship title.
