• HIGH SCHOOL APPLICATION PROCESS 

     
    -    Parents and students must fill out the Release of Records section and   
         Student Information section located on the application form.   
     
    -    If a recommendation is required, students must personally ask the teachers for the
         recommendation and allow 3 weeks for processing.
     
    -    Students must bring the transcript request form to the Guidance Office and allow 3
          weeks for processing.
     
    -    Students must supply the Guidance Office with the Transcript Request form and 
          3 stamps per high school request. For example, if you are applying to 3 
          schools, you must supply 9 stamps. We will supply the large envelopes needed for    
          mailing.
