Depression is a mood disorder that causes a persistent feeling of sadness and loss of interest.
Symptoms:
- Feeling hopeless
- Anxious
- Sleep disturbances
- Lack of interests in things once found enjoyable
- Moving or acting slower than usual
- Feeling empty
- Thinking or planning of one's death
