Anxiety is an emotion characterized by feelings of tension, worried thoughts and physical changes like increased blood pressure.
Symptoms may include
- Rapid heartbeat
- Constant worrying
- Insomnia
- Shakiness or muscle spasms
- Difficulty focusing
