Tour the globe and discover many wonderful  facts about other countries. Students are expected apply many of the skills and methods previously taught while preparing International Foods. Students research various countries and prepare specialties such as:
Spanakopita, Baklava, Cream Puffs, Cordon Bleu, Sukiyaki, Sushi, & Schnitzel. Also included are soups, salads & desserts!

This advanced foods course is designed to offer an opportunity to the student to experience different cuisines and cultures. Students learn to compare similarities and differences amongst these countries. Specialty items & meals are prepared and served in a dining setting. Participants are expected to bring their best manners to class.

Experiences to be expected are some of the cuisines of Europe, the Mediterranean, and Asia.
