Interested in reserving a gym, field, classroom, auditorium, meeting room, cafeteria outside of our school hours?
STEP 1: Call the Facilities Coordinator to see if dates may be available.
Send completed forms, along with your most recent proof of insurance certificate (if applicable), and any flyer you wish to have distributed or posted on our website to:

You may also drop off the forms to our main office mailbox or scan and submit the forms electronically.
STEP 3: Approvals - the Facilities Coordinator, the School Principal, and the Superintendent must approve your request. Be sure to leave enough lead time for this.
STEP 4: You will be notified and confirmed and your reservation will be placed on the Master Facilities Calendar. You will be asked to send an electronic pdf copy of any flyer you may wish to have posted or distributed.
STEP 5: If you have any changes, call our Facilities office, not the school main office or other staff member.
