Athletic Physicals
ALL students who participate in interscholastic athletics are required by law to have a current physical on file with the school nurse. The physical must be dated within 365 days of the first day of tryouts, or practice. The physical must be reviewed and approved by the school physician, and should be in the hands of the school nurse at least one week prior to the start of tryouts or practice. NO STUDENT will be permitted to participate in any sport without a physical.
